Stretching 6000km in a dotted line across China, the Great Wall was begun in the 5th Century BC. As it snakes across the mountains it conjures up a sense of history difficult to grasp until you have had the opportunity to experience it. The ancient Chinese believed that their 'Middle Kingdom' was the centre of the earth. Certainly the richness of its history, races and scenery is something rare and to be experienced.

This challenge is one of physical toughness, cultural fascination and historical intrigue. It is both a country and a trip that will remain with you for a long time.
