TV legend Rudolph Walker has become the latest star to sign up as a Little Havens Patron.
Rudolph, best known for his role as Patrick Trueman in Eastenders, joins fellow actor Jessie Wallace and Paralympic Gold Medallist Danny Crates in representing the charity and helping to spread the word about the good work it does.
Rudolph, who also had roles in Love Thy Neighbour and The Thin Blue Line, met many friends and family on a recent visit to the hospice. He says, 'My wife was first involved in the hospice so I knew about the work it does. When it was put to me to become a patron I thought why not? Some of us are fortunate enough to have healthy children but we need to spare a thought for those who don't. They are a part of our world too. It could easily be my grandchildren. Whatever I can do to help, I will.'
